Tracy Fehr focuses her career on fighting for individual rights.  She primarily handles discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases against both private and public sector employers.  In her more than thirteen years of practice, Tracy has second-chaired state and federal jury trials and binding arbitrations and has settled countless cases at mediation.  Tracy also handles appeals and writs for Alexander Morrison + Fehr LLP and has secured numerous appellate victories, most recently a successful writ restoring punitive damages.

Tracy was named a Southern California “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine and one of the Top Women Attorneys in Southern California by Los Angeles Magazine in 2017, 2018, and 2019.  She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), plaintiff employment law organization LEFTJAW, the Labor and Employment Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA), and the Santa Monica Bar Association.  Tracy is the co-editor of the CELA Bulletin, a monthly employment law update, and has prepared and edited several articles for presentation at legal conferences.

Tracy received her J.D. from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law in 2005.  Tracy graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University in 2002, with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in History.
